These short socks were finished last night and will be given to Tom today, as long as he shows up for a visit. They were made with Steinbach Wolle, Sockenwolle, Art. 39, from Austria.

- I'm a retired Librarian. I'm happily married. We have two grown children and 2 granddoggies and 2 grandkitties, and a wonderful grand daughter! I have 2 cats, at the moment and love to read and knit. I was hoping to have more time to do both when I retired, but wonder if the time will ever materialize! As of 2011 we are expecting an addition of twins in our grandchildren. One boy and one girl and gee! are we excited! Can hardly wait!
